Aeroscribe is a supplementary aid. It is not certified or approved by the FAA or any other aviation authority, and it must not be used for navigation, aircraft separation or any safety-of-flight decision.

Transcriptions can be wrong, incomplete, delayed or missing, including callsigns, numbers and clearances.
Always listen to the radio and comply with ATC instructions as you hear them. Read back what you hear, not what you read. If unsure, ask ATC to say again.
The pilot in command remains fully responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft.
Set the App up before flight and do not let it distract you.

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Our Terms of Service set out the full terms of use, including the limits of our liability.
